It's fair to say that the lipoedema liposuction journey is not as easy in the UK as it is in Germany

Juzo and med-plast will always do their best for you.
Owing to the time lag in getting the garments into the country your body shape may have changed shape due to weight loss or gain, exercise, diet and even climiate which in turn means the garments might not be optimised for you.
These garments that you get prior to your surgery to help soften the tissues are inlikely to fit you after your surgery, either being too tight and potentially damaging (if your inflamed), or too loose and not supportive enough (because of the operation).
This means that you will need to get another pair of garments to help you through your recovery.
You should factor this in to your lipoedema surgery journey before you start.
